voltage regulator...from the name i just know the purpose is to regulate the voltage hehe...
never heard of that.n wonder what it is for...but if u ask etheric energy regulator sure i can giv much help Laughing

etehric energy regulator....somewhat paranormal thing la...its my own word, inspired by the voltage regulator u said....etheric energy means aura, the shining light that always cover our physical body, the one that determine of our health level n whole thing related to ourself..and it changed according to our mental/spiritual condition...so the regulator is the menta la hehe...if ur mental is weak, so is ur etheric energy..this is the state when negatif energy/sihir can enter ur body easily...
